Role Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations at our Cotton On Group location in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on ensuring the store runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include leading and developing a team, managing inventory, ensuring visual merchandising meets company standards, achieving sales targets, and implementing company initiatives. A Store Manager plays a critical role in both customer satisfaction and the professional development of the store team, all while maintaining the company’s high standards.
