What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Store Associate position at Ranchers Hat Store?
Ranchers Hat Store specializes in cowboy hats, custom shaping, and one-of-a-kind styles. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a full-time team member to join us in-store Tuesday through Saturday.
We’d love someone with hat shaping experience, but we’re absolutely willing to train the right person who’s motivated and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a high level of service
- Shape and customize hats
- Help manage inventory (stocking, tagging, organizing)
- Support social media (posting, stories, short-form videos)
- Assist at events when needed
- Maintain overall store organization and daily operations
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Reliable, organized, and hardworking
- Willing to learn hands-on skills like hat shaping
- Retail or western wear experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time position (Tuesday–Saturday)
