What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Account Executive (Insurance Technology Services) position at Cotton & Company LLP?
- Lead business development efforts for our Insurance Technology consulting practice.
- Build and manage relationships with executives and decision-makers across the P&C value chain.
- Identify and close opportunities for implementation, integration, and advisory services for leading Insurtech and software platforms.
- Partner closely with our delivery and solutions teams to position Sikich as a trusted advisor; one that understands both the business of insurance and the technologies driving transformation.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Expand existing accounts by introducing new services and solutions aligned with client goals.
- Represent Sikich at conferences, client events, and partner forums to build market visibility and credibility.
- 7-12 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development for technology consulting or software vendors.
- Proven successselling professional services, SaaS implementations, or insurtech solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Strong understanding ofinsurance workflows, underwriting, bordereaux, and policy administration systems.
- Deep network acrossMGAs, carriers, brokers, and insurance technology vendors.
- Consultative, solution-oriented selling style with the ability to navigatemulti-threaded enterprise deals.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
