Position summary

Reporting to the Program Manager, the IT Asset Management Lead will oversee the full lifecycle of DFC's hardware, software, and mobile assets to ensure accountability, accuracy, and compliance across the enterprise. The Lead will direct asset intake, inventory reconciliation, lifecycle processes, and integration of asset data into ServiceNow and the CMDB, ensuring data quality and audit readiness. This role will coordinate closely with infrastructure, service desk, procurement, and security teams to maintain transparency, reduce risk, and support informed decisionmaking.

What will you do in this role?

• Provide hands on technical expertise and guidance
• Ensure technical standards and best practices are followed
• Oversee documentation quality and best practice are followed
• Coordinate activities across task areas
• Provide specialized contribution to roadmap for future state
• Not function solely as administrative managers

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Familiarity with ITAM frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO 19770).
• Ability to track and manage hardware, software, licensing, warranties, and inventory accuracy.
• Able to maintain clean, accurate asset databases (CMDB, AMDB, or equivalent).
• Ability to design, implement, and enforce standardized ITAM procedures.
• Strong understanding of audit readiness, documentation requirements, and data integrity controls.
• Experience maintaining chainofcustody and inventory compliance.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $120, ,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
