Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Writing detailed work orders for transmission repairs and services.
- Selling repair and maintenance jobs to customers by explaining the benefits and necessity of the services.
- Sourcing and ordering parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders.
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional services needed.
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining organized and accurate records of all service transactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role,
- Proven experience growing sales and profits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software used in service writing.
- Multilinglual a plus
