The Cotting Transition Institute (CTI), located on the campus of Cotting School, is a growing center of excellence supporting adults with disabilities across Massachusetts. CTI provides innovative programming, resources, and community connections for adults with disabilities and their families.
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in a year-round (52-week) position. This role is integral to the day-to-day operations of CTI and will help plan and execute events, workshops, and programs that support our mission.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Cotting Programs, the Program Manager will coordinate programming, manage event logistics, maintain CTI membership and volunteer databases, and support the institute’s online presence through website updates and newsletters.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage CTI programs, workshops, and events (in-person and virtual)
Coordinate event logistics, registration, and participant communications
Maintain membership and volunteer databases
Update CTI website, newsletters, and online resources
Provide oversight to staff and volunteers during events
Support additional CTI initiatives as needed
