Job Summary
As a Medical Assistant or CNA at Cotting School, you will work in partnership with the Health Services team, school faculty and staff, students, and parents to provide quality direct and indirect care to a wonderful group of students ranging between the ages of 3-22 with intensive special needs. In our busy Health Services department, you will provide direct personal care services to students, escort them to/from their classrooms, and collaborate with RNs to provide the best care for our students.
Requirements
Certification as CNA or Medical Certification
Experience working with the disability community is a plus
Must be able to correctly lift students up to 50 pounds with appropriate assistance
Hours Of Work
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00PM Wednesday 8:00AM – 1:30PM. This also includes our 5 week summer session which is July 6th-August 7th, from 8:30AM-2:00PM.
180 school days and 25 days in the summer
