Cottage Hospital, located in the scenic White Mountains region of New Hampshire, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon to join our dedicated and collaborative team.
You will practice in a shared solo model alongside one other General Surgeon, offering both independence and partnership. During your on week, you’ll manage a balanced mix of clinic, OR block time, and call responsibilities.
The hospital provides a highly supportive environment, including a strong anesthesia team and collaborative Emergency Department physicians. Trauma demands are minimal, and most call-back occurs during daytime hours, allowing for a sustainable and manageable workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general surgical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Perform a variety of procedures, including endoscopy
- Manage ICU patients as needed
- Collaborate closely with anesthesia, ED providers, and hospital staff
