Working in conjunction with all applicable staff members, strives to provide efficient and high-quality patient
care services to patients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains good standing with the Medical Staff Quality Committee.
• Works to ensure completeness and accuracy of patients medical record.
• Works to ensure that practice is in compliance with all Federal and State
laws and regulations (ie: EMTALA).
• Works to ensure compliance with all Core Measures.
• Actively participates in Quality indicators.
• Accurately documents coding/charges to reflect the appropriate level of care provided to patients.
• Actively works towards improving patient satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as requested.
