About the Role
Cottage & Country Painting Company is hiring an experienced working foreman to lead a crew and work hands-on across residential, commercial, and landmark properties. You’ll be on the job every day, painting and managing the site to make sure the work is done right, on schedule, and to the high standards our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew of painters on job sites
- Prep, prime, paint, and finish interior and exterior surfaces
- Review daily work orders, plan the day’s activities, and make sure materials are stocked
- Keep projects on schedule
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and company management
- Keep job sites clean and protect customers’ homes and belongings
Qualifications
- 10 years of professional painting experience, including 5 years leading a crew
- Skilled in surface preparation and finish painting on a variety of surfaces
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to climb ladders and lift 30 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States
