Sales Consultant
Cottage Care Company | Michigan — Detroit / Sturgis / Southwest Michigan
Cottage Care Company is a growing property improvement and general contracting company looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Michigan team.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and follow up with new leads
- Meet with homeowners, businesses, and property managers
- Identify customer needs and recommend CCC services
- Conduct property visits and consultations
- Prepare and present estimates/proposals
- Close projects and obtain signed contracts/deposits
- Maintain customer and sales information in Jobber
- Coordinate sold projects with Operations
- Follow up with customers and generate referrals/reviews
- Meet monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred; construction/home improvement experience is a plus
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently and meeting customers in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using CRM/software tools
The right salesperson doesn't need construction experience—we can train the right person who knows how to sell.
Compensation
