Senior Sales Executive | Destination Management | South Florida
If you're the right candidate, you probably already know who we are.
We're a well-established, single-market DMC operating in South Florida, and we're looking for a seasoned sales executive who's ready to stop being a small fish in a big pond and actually make an impact.
What we need from you:
- Real DMC sales experience - this is non-negotiable
- A solid understanding of corporate and incentive group business
- Existing relationships with hotels and planners (we're talking warm, not theoretical)
- The ability to think strategically without losing sight of operations
- Intimate knowledge of the South Florida market, knowledge of Miami is even better
- DMCP or CMP designation is a plus, but we know that designations don't close deals... people do
- Desire to be a part of an ambitious, highly experienced, collaborative team
