Our dealership if looking to hire an Executive Operations Coordinator - Deerfield Beach (Powerline Rd) - Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
$20-25/hour based on experience.
We specialize in buying and selling exotic, luxury, and specialty vehicles. We are a fast-paced dealership looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
-Support day-to-day operations
-Manage administrative tasks, inventory records, and dealership paperwork
-Coordinate vendors, transportation, and vehicle-related logistics
-Maintain vehicle listings, office organization, and operational systems
-Assist ownership with projects and ongoing business needs
-Help create a professional and organized experience
Qualifications:
-Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong communication and follow-through skills
-Comfortable with Excel, email, and basic computer systems
-Ability to multitask and work independently
-Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
