DEFINITION OF POSITION: The RSP teacher works with children who have been identified as individuals with exceptional needs. These pupils have serious academic deficiencies and they may exhibit behavior, neurological and/or emotional problems that interfere with satisfactory progress in the regular classroom.
Requirements / Qualifications
Resource Specialist Certificate Previous Special Education experience Fingerprint clearance prior to employment TB clearance prior to employment 1. Cover Letter 2. Resume 3. 2-3 Recent Letter(s) of Recommendation 4. Copy of Credential ( unofficial accepted with application, official required before start date) 5. Official Undergraduate and Graduate Transcripts (Copy may be submitted at time of application, officials are necessary at time of hire) As part of the application process, applicants are required to submit a complete record of prior education-related employment.
