Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Controller role based in Sioux Falls, SD. The Corporate Controller will oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include managing internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing financial strategies, and leading financial audits. Collaboration with leadership and other departments to guide financial decision-making is an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Strong skills in strategic planning and developing financial strategies
- Experience managing audits and conducting financial analysis
- Ability to lead a team, collaborate across departments, and provide financial guidance to leadership
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in accounting software and financial management systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred
- 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management
