Responsibilities including:
- Patient check-in/out
- Scheduling new/existing patient visits
- Manage high phone call volume
- Collect, process and balance patient payments
- Monitor incoming faxes and make outgoing faxes
- Pull Charts/File Charts
- Prepare/work up patient charts
- Scan documents into EMR
- Process prescription refills
- Call for prior authorizations & appointment reminders
- Other duties as assigned
