Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill Crew Member Role Overview
We are seeking hard working Crew Members to join our team. Crew Members play a crucial role in running daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires being positive, energetic, and working well on a team. The ideal candidate is anyone who loves food and people and likes the idea of putting those two together!
Duties
- Conduct daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Process transactions using POS systems including handling cash.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliabiltiy.
- People skills including customer service, team work and collaboration.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operation of POS systems.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus for enhancing customer experience.
