Description:The Customer Accounts Clerk is a highly collaborative individual responsible for managing incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding orders and shipments, ensuring accurate information and timely assistance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, support smooth order processing, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. ResponsibilitiesAnswer and route a high volume of incoming calls while providing quality service to Costa Farms customers.Perform data entry and research as needed to resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member as necessary.Assist the Credit and Claims Department with general inquiries regarding credit requests.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Participate in additional initiatives and key deliverables as needed.Other tasks as required by the Accounting Management team.Requirements:High school diploma2 years of experience in similar rolesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)Advanced verbal and written English proficiencyAbility to accurately document and record customer informationMust reside in Santo Domingo
