The Human Resources Generalist will perform a variety of HR functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling benefits administration, and maintaining compliance with HR-related regulations. Additional responsibilities include employee engagement initiatives, record-keeping, and supporting hiring processes as needed.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including employee relations and compliance
- Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with HR software and systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
