This individual will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued building industry clients and supporting our continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service in a high call-volume setting Accurately generate and manage customer price quotes Follow up on quotes and identify cross-selling opportunities Collaborate with the sales team on territory development and customer engagement Build and maintain strong customer relationships Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment (required) Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence Proficient in speaking both English & Spanish, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Detail-oriented with strong math skills and the ability to multitask A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to also work independently.
