The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory. This role ensures accurate handling of merchandise from receipt through final shipment while maintaining organization, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory. This role ensures accurate handling of merchandise from receipt through final shipment while maintaining organization, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Unload and receive incoming inventory from trucks and verify shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare shipments and determine appropriate shipping methods
- Compare identifying information, counts, weights, or measurements against invoices, orders, or other records
- Unpack and inspect incoming shipments; identify damages or shortages and coordinate resolution
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Ensure outgoing shipments meet required specifications and quality standards
- Support Logistics team in verifying and processing shipments
- Maintain organized records for shipping, receiving, and equipment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (as needed)
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
