Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and callers while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and general office operations. This role is responsible for managing front desk activities, supporting payroll and recruiting processes, maintaining employee records and communications, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with various administrative projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and reception operations, including answering and routing incoming calls and greeting visitors.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, office supply inventory, mail distribution, and vendor support.
- Assist with payroll administration, timecard review, and time-off approval coordination.
- Draft and distribute employee communications, including announcements for new hires, promotions, and company events.
- Coordinate employee and candidate travel arrangements and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee directory information, Outlook profile photos, job titles, and contact information.
- Update and maintain the company organizational chart and employee calendar.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources and other departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
