About the Company: Cosmo Insurance Agency is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.


Responsibilities:


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Prepare RFPs (request for proposals) for new and renewal business
  • Following up with all carriers for timely quotes
  • HRIS systems build
  • Process open enrollment work
  • Maintain client relationships throughout the year
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Renewal strategizing
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Create spreadsheets


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in employee benefits and health insurance office administration is required.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professionalism
  • Excellent Customer Service
