Responsibilities
Primary Tasks:
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, high-end front desk experience
- Schedule surgical and medspa appointments while managing daily patient flow
- Handle patient payments, financing options, and reward points with accuracy and care
- Manage incoming leads, follow up with prospective patients, and support conversion efforts
- Present memberships, monthly promotions, retail products, and treatment options to patients
- Prepare, review, and explain treatment quotes; assist with patient education on procedures and FAQs
- Coordinate surgical consult follow-ups and collaborate with clinical staff on pre-op documentation, medical records, and patient communication (including pre/post-op instructions, prescriptions, and follow-up materials)
- Clean and restock clinic rooms as opening and closing duties
- Set up provider rooms for specific treatments
- Scan medical records
- Work company hosted events (usually no more than one per quarter)
- Take patient before and after photos
- May be asked to numb patients if they have a medical assisting certification
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (med spa or high ticket sales preferred)
- Strong communication skills with an attention for detail
- Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
- Medical Assistant Certification is an asset
- Proficiency in Spanish is also an asset
