The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering a welcoming, organized, and high-touch patient experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up. This role combines patient communication, administrative coordination, and front-office support to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivered a polished, concierge-style patient experience by managing appointments, answering inquiries, and providing attentive support from initial consultation through post-treatment follow-up.
- Guided patients through customized care plans, pricing options, consent documentation, and membership education to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
- Supported aesthetic treatments by preparing post-care materials, assisting with lip filler numbing, capturing VISIA imaging, and recommending professional skincare products tailored to patient needs.
- Maintained a pristine, elevated front-office environment by overseeing cleanliness, presentation, inventory organization, and day-to-day operational readiness.
- Partnered with leadership to proactively address office needs and enhance workflow, service standards, and the overall patient experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Medspa, hospitality or retail experience preferably gained within a high end or luxury market.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing appointments, patient records, follow-up communication, and front-office operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and patient education is a plus.
