Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and sides, following established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict sanitation guidelines and food safety protocols.
- Being able to cook all types of foods such as meats, seafood, and vegetables.
- Being able to fry all types of foods such as meats, seafood, and vegetables.
- Able to use various methods of cooking: frying, grilling, roasting, and sauteing.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, and slicers, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and special requests with a positive attitude.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, demonstrating teamwork and a positive work ethic.
- Monitor food inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to the deli manager.
- Adhere to all operation procedures, including opening and closing duties.
- Practice effective time management to ensure timely food preparation and service.

- At least 1 year of frying experience all types of foods.
- Possession of a valid Food Handler's Card.
