The Role:
In this role as a Per Diem, NP, you will be and employee of Cosent. The location will vary as the patients are in a facility, virtual and in office. You will be working with a team of Clinicians as they designate patients that need attention within the scope of the NP.

Requirements:
- Be a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of California.
Qualifications:
- Active NP license in the state of California.
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
- Experience with the geriatric population preferred.
- Reliable transportation for on site visits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Spanish speaker a plus.
Pay: $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
