What are the responsibilities and job description for the Studio Coordinator position at Cosens Martial Arts?
Role Overview: Cosens Martial Arts is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Studio Coordinator. This is a pivotal role that ensures our instructors can focus on the mats while you handle the vital "behind-the-scenes" systems. You will start by mastering the operations of our Mt. Pleasant location, eventually transitioning into a regional role supporting our Bay City, Midland, and Saginaw academies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Lead Management & Growth (Daily)
- Execute our Lead Contact Sequence to ensure every prospect is reached.
- Manage prospect communications via Google Sheets and our CRM to drive enrollment.
2. Supply Chain & Inventory (Monday/Thursday/Friday)
- Ordering: Place merchandise, print shop, and corporate supply orders.
- Logistics: Handle "Store Runs," including picking up orders from vendors (Shirts, Mugs, & More) and coordinating deliveries to the Corporate location.
- Inventory Control: Conduct weekly counts of merchandise and business supplies. Keep the retail area organized and fully stocked.
3. Financial Health & Admin (Monday/Tuesday)
- Billing: Proactively update expiring credit cards to prevent payment gaps.
- Collections: Manage the "Delinquency Day" process by contacting past-due accounts and cleaning up the database of long-term delinquent members.
- Reporting: Update the "Orders Placed / Orders Received" logs and POS details.

Job Type: Part-time
