Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art using the latest techniques.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements.
- Stay current with beauty trends and expand your skill set by learning new services like eyelash extensions or dermabrasion.
- Promote retail products related to nail care, skincare, or body treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Foster excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art; cosmetology certification preferred.
- Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in choosing the perfect shades and designs.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude that makes clients feel valued.
- Ability to maintain strict sanitation standards and follow all health guidelines diligently.
- Familiarity with additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or dermabrasion is a plus.
- Basic retail math skills for product recommendations and upselling opportunities.
