Martial arts is our tool, but our mission is bigger than that. We work with kids who struggle to focus in school, people overcoming bullying, and adults looking for an outlet from stress. Every day, we help people change their lives.
Pay & Growth
- $18/hr during initial training
- Once you begin selling memberships and earning commission, your hourly rate shifts to $16/hr
- With commissions, you should expect to make $20–$25/hr on average
- Fast-track career growth - we promote from within, with full-time opportunities in as little as 6–18 months (not 10 years)
- Competitive full-time salaries & profit sharing (10–20% of net profits!) once promoted

- Are you available to commute to our Bay City location one time per week, 10:00 AM - 12:15 PM, for training?
- Are you available these hours: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM, one Friday per month from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, and one full Saturday per month?
