- Schedule inspections work orders to ensure they are completed on time
- Invoicing all inspection work orders daily
- Assist with AR resolution process for inspections when required
- Manage/ send Inspection Reports to AHJ’s/ K-Drive/ GP daily
- Process annual renewals of all Inspection agreements
- Enter new inspection and monitoring contracts into the service system
- Manage/ update Intents of Lien, Affidavits, Tegris, Brycer, Compliance Depot, Pinnacle, Greystar, W9, Service Agreement information for the inspections business
- Attend Inspections WIP meetings and provide updates/ meeting minutes
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
- AA Degree required, BA college degree preferred
- 3 years’ experience in a customer service role and in a professional office setting preferred
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
- Good written and verbal communication skills required
- Candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
