- Full Time & PRN Positions Available**
- Conduct evaluations of patients with speech and language disorders to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide therapy and rehabilitation services to clients, focusing on improving communication skills and swallowing function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure integrated care delivery.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans based on outcomes and feedback.
- Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home practice to support recovery.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy curriculum recognized by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA).
- Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a speech/language pathologist.
- Experience in conducting Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS); Vital Stim certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment, adapting to varied patient needs.
