Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff in daily operations.
- Coordinate patient care and develop individual care plans.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' conditions and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care discussions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school with a valid RN/LVN license in Texas.
- Preferred nursing experience in a long-term care facility.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Functional literacy in English is required.
