Coryell Health Specialty Medical Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality health care under the guidance of experienced physicians. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of patient care activities including vital signs monitoring, administering medications, and giving injections.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Process refill requests and assist in scheduling appointments and EKGs.
- Support the physician in non-direct care tasks such as documentation and coordination.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to facilitate communication and problem-solving.
- Certified Medical Assistant in the State of Texas.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Preferably one year of experience in orthopedic or medical settings.
- Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy.
