Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical assistance through phone, email, or in-person requests.
- Conduct troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on various platforms, including Windows Pro, Chrome/Edge, Android, and iOS.
- Create, track, and manage support tickets, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including corporate phone system tasks.
- Maintain IT documentation, manage asset tracking, and uphold company standards for security and policies.
- An associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and patient demeanor, dedicated to providing exceptional service.
- Effective time management abilities and a commitment to technical growth and career development.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
