Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and community integration
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and Individual Program Plans (IPP) to meet each client’s individual needs
- Facilitate access to community resources and opportunities that promote social engagement and skill development
- Serve as a positive role model, fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Collaborate with team members and families to ensure a high standard of care and consistency of support
- The Enhanced designation for this role pertains to clients benefiting from staff with advanced experience and training.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record and current auto insurance
- TB clearance and successful completion of Live Scan background check
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule
- Multiple daytime shifts available
- Overnights also available (at IHSS rate)
- Flexible scheduling; potential for full-time options
- Expected hours: 18-24/week (more if working overnights)
