Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless dealership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer questions regarding vehicle services, maintenance, and appointments
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Assist the sales or service team with administrative support as needed
- Handle customer concerns or escalate issues to appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using dealership systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Prior customer service or receptionist experience (automotive industry a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and customer management systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
