Service Porter Job Summary:

The Service Porter is responsible for creating a positive first impression for every customer visiting our Service Department. This role includes greeting customers, safely moving and staging vehicles, and supporting service staff to ensure an efficient and smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
• Safely drive, move, and stage customer vehicles throughout the service process
• Assist with vehicle check-in and ensure proper flow through the service lane
• Communicate with service advisors and management regarding vehicle status and timing
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, parking areas, and customer-facing spaces
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Lot Attendant Education and Experience:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent desired.
• Previous dealership experience welcomed.

Lot Attendant Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of walking and standing in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and insurance as well as pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
