Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties throughout office, laboratory, manufacturing, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors, surfaces, restrooms, break rooms, and shared spaces
- Empty trash and recycling containers and ensure waste is properly disposed of
- Assist with office moves and facility-related projects as needed
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, or housekeeping concerns
- Support facility organization efforts and maintain a professional appearance throughout the campus
- Assist employees and visitors with facility-related needs when appropriate
- Perform seasonal and special cleaning projects as assigned
- Support other facility and operational activities as business needs require
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, facilities, or related experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist others
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing throughout the workday
