Project Manager – Construction

Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Austin area. This role offers strong compensation, a steady pipeline of projects, and the opportunity to work with a well-established and growing construction team.The ideal candidate will have experience managing ground-up or large-scale commercial projects and be comfortable handling budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end construction project lifecycle from planning to completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelinesCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsMonitor project progress and resolve issues proactivelyConduct site visits and oversee on-site activitiesMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingCommunicate regularly with stakeholders and leadershipRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred3–7 years of experience in construction project managementStrong knowledge of commercial construction processesExperience managing budgets and timelinesAbility to lead teams and manage multiple projectsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in ground-up commercial constructionFamiliarity with project management software (Procore, Primavera, etc.)PMP certification or equivalent is a plusBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysPerformance-based bonusesCareer growth opportunitiesStable full-time role with consistent project pipeline
