Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Pain Management Physician to join a growing, high-volume outpatient practice in Phoenix. This role offers strong earning potential, a well-established patient base, and access to modern procedural facilities.The ideal candidate will have experience in interventional pain management and be comfortable performing a variety of spine and pain-related procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditionsPerform interventional procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, and joint injectionsDevelop individualized treatment plans focused on pain reduction and functional improvementPrescribe and manage medications as appropriateUtilize imaging guidance for procedures when requiredMaintain accurate and compliant documentationCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapy and rehabilitationRequirementsBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialtyActive Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtainFellowship training in Pain Management preferredStrong procedural and diagnostic skillsAbility to manage high patient volumes efficientlyPreferred QualificationsExperience in interventional pain proceduresFamiliarity with fluoroscopy-guided techniquesStrong patient communication and care coordination skillsBenefitsCompetitive base salary with high earning potentialProductivity-based bonus structureHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and CME allowanceMalpractice coverageModern clinic and procedural setupStable full-time schedule with no hospital call
