Tasks
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients experiencing issues with CorVascular's software and hardware products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems by guiding customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner.
- Document and track customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions using the company's ticketing system.
Requirements
- Bachelors and Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong mechanical talents, including light assembly / repair (i.e. housings, cables, etc.)
