Duties:
- Develop detailed 3D models using Revit
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop accurate and detailed BIM models
- Utilize BIM models to create 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs
- Collaborate with project team members to integrate design into a unified BIM model
- Update/maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proficiency in BIM software tools (Revit, Navisworks and/or AutoCAD) required
- Understanding of building systems and construction methodologies required
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and BIM protocols (COBie, IFC, BIM Execution Plans)
Salary: $55-75K
