Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across client systems
- Perform end-to-end, exploratory, and regression testing across web, API, and data layers
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure meaningful test coverage
- Create and maintain test plans, strategies, and traceability matrices
- Execute performance, load, and security testing as needed
- Participate in CI/CD processes to support continuous delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and QA metrics optimization
- Support and mentor junior team members on testing best practices
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in QA or software testing roles
- Strong foundation in manual and exploratory testing, and test design
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile environments
- Ability to think critically about risk, edge cases, and real-world usage
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and client teams
