- Thrives in client-facing environments, guiding better decisions
- Focuses on real-world performance and user impact
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive test strategy and quality approach across client engagements
- Perform and guide end-to-end, exploratory, and regression testing across web, API, and data layers
- Partner with client stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure meaningful test coverage
- Develop and maintain test plans, strategies, and traceability
- Identify defects, analyze impact, and provide clear, actionable insights
- Support performance, load, and security testing efforts as needed
- Contribute to CI/CD processes to support consistent, reliable delivery
- Analyze testing outcomes and recommend process and quality improvements
- Mentor team members and promote strong QA practices and standards
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in QA or software testing roles
- Strong foundation in manual testing, exploratory testing, and test design
- Proven ability to define and influence test strategy and quality outcomes
- Experience working within CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments
- Strong understanding of risk analysis, defect management, and system behavior
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
How We Work
- We lead with ownership, accountability, and clarity
- We prioritize impact over activity
- We challenge teams to think about what could go wrong - and how to prevent it
- We believe quality is a shared responsibility and a competitive advantage
Employment Details
- W-2 employment only (no C2C or third-party candidates)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
- Corvano does not sponsor visas for this role
