Role Overview
This is not your standard leasing position. It is a high-impact, revenue-focused role for high-performing sales professionals who thrive under pressure and deliver when performance matters most. As a National Leasing and Sales Consultant, you will be deployed to priority communities to accelerate occupancy, capture opportunity, maximize leasing velocity, and elevate sales execution during critical periods. You'll support new lease-ups, staffing gaps, underperforming assets, seasonal surges, and special initiatives that expand your impact, your network, and your career trajectory.
You will travel up to 80 percent nationwide for extended periods of time, bringing urgency, precision, and relentless discipline to every assignment while gaining experience in diverse markets and building a powerful reputation as a trusted revenue driver. - Reinforce best practices in follow-up discipline, CRM utilization, and tour excellence
- Collaborate with Community Leadership on aggressive daily goals and strategies
- Deliver a world-class prospect and resident experience aligned with organizational values
- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and energy at all times
- When not traveling, analyze performance data to identify growth levers.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to provide training and coaching to strengthen on-site teams.
- 3 years of consistent success as a top performer in high-velocity, short-cycle sales environments such as multifamily, hospitality, luxury retail, timeshare, or premium lifestyle services
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% across the U.S., including extended assignments (8 weeks) on short notice
- Experience driving rapid occupancy growth during lease-ups, revitalizing underperforming assets, stabilizing newly acquired communities, and excelling in regional floating roles to support multiple markets
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quotas, KPIs, and conversion metrics with a strong focus on results
- Proven track record of disciplined follow-up, pipeline development, and closing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Recognized as a high-performing closer with a history of surpassing targets in competitive markets
- Comfortable operating autonomously with minimal supervision while adapting quickly to new markets and challenges
- Strong professional presence, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and deliver outstanding client experiences
- Experience in lease-ups, property turnarounds, regional floating roles, and supporting multiple communities or markets
- Experience driving rapid occupancy growth during lease-ups, revitalizing underperforming assets, and stabilizing newly acquired communities
- Skilled in CRM systems and pipeline management tools to optimize sales performance
