Join our dynamic team as a Demand Fulfillment Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of products from manufacturing to customers. The Program Manager is responsible for full lifecycle oversight of customer orders, from initial intake through the Customer Service (CSR) team to final product shipment. This role ensures effective coordination across departments, maintains alignment on timelines and priorities, and drives execution to support on-time delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders from CSR intake through final shipment, including coordination with a second facility in Texas, to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage and execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to align supply with production demand
- Create and maintain work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely release to production
- Provide accurate lead time estimates during the quoting process based on capacity and material availability
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of system data, including orders, inventory, and scheduling inputs, in coordination with engineering, quality, sales, and management teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CSR, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Identify process gaps and assist in the development and implementation of new systems and tools to improve efficiency and workflow performance
- Align and prioritize internal and shared resources across the facility to maximize efficiency and support adherence to customer ship schedules
- Implements and maintains safety standards (HSSE) as required by law and company policy.
- Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and all other Safety requirements.
- Consistently adhere to and support company policies, Work Instructions and/or other procedures, and ISO requirements.
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED. College degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a production planning/scheduling role.
- Manufacturing experience strongly desired.

- Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow and issue verbal and written instructions and to direct the work of others to meet customer needs.

- Excellent ability to read and comprehend work orders, instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Excellent ability to write correspondence (via email).
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
- Ability to perform and assist in problem-solving and root cause analysis when necessary.
- Independent decision making, judgement, and action required.
- Ability to work from controlled manufacturing documentation.
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills required
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- MS Windows skills (example: Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to use ERP system.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
