Facilities Coordinator/Office Administrator – Full Time (On-site)

Cortizo, leading company in Spain and an international benchmark in the design and manufacture of aluminum and PVC solutions for architecture and industrial sectors, is looking for a full-time Facilities Coordinator / Office Administrator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Waycross, Georgia. This position is on-site, Monday through Friday, and plays a key role in the day-to-day administrative operations of the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the contracting of utilities and services, including electricity, water, waste management, and other essential services.
- Handle administrative tasks related to subcontractors and external service providers.
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, invoices, and documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, service companies, and internal departments.
- Support general administrative and secretarial duties at the facility.
- Ensure timely follow-up on service agreements and renewals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with service contracting and administrative management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software (email, spreadsheets, document management).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Must reside in or near Waycross, GA.
- Immediate availability.
