Cortina Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support the U.S. Army Modeling and Simulation Office (AMSO). This role provides analytical, advisory, and program support services across Army and DoD initiatives, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of technical and functional program objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience supporting government programs and working within structured DoD environments.

Job Description
Cortina Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support the U.S. Army Modeling and Simulation Office (AMSO). This role provides analytical, advisory, and program support services across Army and DoD initiatives, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of technical and functional program objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience supporting government programs and working within structured DoD environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the planning and coordination for AMSO’s annual M&S Forum including working group facilitation and conference logistic preparations
- Assist the facilitation and coordination of required working groups, Councils of Colonels, and General Officer Steering Councils to support the AMSO M&S Enterprise.
- Assist the AMSO resource budget planning and programming of annual funds to include AMSO operational requirements and funding for M&S related development and collaboration projects across the M&S communities.
- Support the process to receive and manage requests from the M&S communities for project funding and establish procedures to process for approval the funding requests through the M&S Forum and Enterprise.
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of technical program/project management experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Possess mastery of A365 tools required to perform duties in M&S Enterprise Management
- Familiarity with data tools/platforms, including data architecture, automation, and model development
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Understand the Army’s budget and programming requirements and processes.
