Pediatric Occupational Therapist (part-time evening hours)

Cortica is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Irvine!We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. Schedule: This role is clinic-based and requires 15-25 hours per week, between the 2:00 to 7:00 PM timeframe. You'll have a consistent schedule (based on the hours you select) and your own set of cases and assessments.What you'll do: Establish treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessmentsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated care plansProvide individual, group, and co-treatment therapy sessions as appropriateMaintain accurate documentation and billing in compliance with regulations and company policyDeliver play-based, goal-directed interventions to support sensory processing, regulation, and daily living skillsFacilitate functional, engaging activities that target individualized goalsDevelop strategies that improve participation in daily occupationsPartner with patients and families to understand values, interests, and goalsDesign programming that considers the whole child, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communication, recreational, and social needsContribute to ongoing program developmentEducate patients, families, caregivers, and team members on home programsRole requires occasional standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; reasonable accommodations availableMust occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds Your Qualifications:A master's degree in occupational therapy and a current, unrestricted state OT licenseStrong clinical reasoning and therapeutic skillsInterest in working within a multidisciplinary care teamFlexibility and openness to ongoing learning and feedbackAppreciation for a variety of therapeutic models and approachesPassion for supporting children and familiesProficiency with EMRs and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with HIPAA regulationsCompensation, Benefits & More:$46.11-$57.63 per hour, paid at a set rate (for administrative and clinical time)Paid Sick Leave401(k) with Company MatchingHealth insurance for part-time teammates averaging 26 hours per weekAdvancement opportunities within our clinical ladder Internal CEU and learning opportunitiesDaily opportunities to partner with speech and music therapists, mental health counselors, behavior analysts, pediatricians, neurologists, and nurse practitionersApply today to learn more!EOE.
